During the day, Thomas leads a mental health innovation company in Provo called NeuroNova—a pioneer in non-invasive, drug-free solutions that support dopamine balance and improve focus, calm, and clarity.

As a child, Tom lost his older brother to addiction. His brother entered a methadone clinic for help, but the substitute drug tragically took his life. That experience revealed to Tom the deep flaws in traditional recovery systems and planted the seed for his future mission.

Years later, Tom faced his own battles with anxiety, OCD, and medication dependency. Searching for something that truly healed rather than numbed, he came across NeuroNova’s research. Skeptical but hopeful, he tried the technology—and within a week, he safely tapered off anxiety medications he hadn’t been able to quit in over a decade. The transformation was life-changing.

That experience inspired him to found NeuroNova, turning personal healing into a professional mission to help others. Today, Tom leads a team of neuroscientists, clinicians, entrepreneurs, and students who share a belief that the future of mental health doesn’t have to come in a bottle.

Together, they’re bringing real, drug-free mental health solutions to people and providers across the country.

Before founding NeuroNova, Tom studied mechanical engineering at the United States Air Force Academy, where he was a collegiate gymnast. He later attended and graduated from Brigham Young University (BYU), where his passion for innovation, leadership, and health took root.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and watching football. He lives in Utah with his wife and children, where he continues to build—not just companies, but communities that promote healing and hope.
